Immerse Hebrides was originally formed in 2019 by Norma, an outdoor swimming enthusiast and nurse and her husband Neil, a master mariner with over 30 years maritime experience.  Following a breast cancer diagnosis for Norma and recovery thereof ​they now focus on slower paced activities that nourish the soul through nature.

 

 Immerse Hebrides has become the perfect combination of water and wellbeing experiences through marine wildlife observation and coastal sauna experiences at various locations with the Saltbox Sauna.
